Well, if you're reading this, then you've heard our good news. After many years of two-someness (and driving Mom crazy with waiting), we're expanding our little Rother unit. Amazingly, Jason and I were able to keep the secret for weeks- and you thought I couldn't do it! We're about 11 weeks along now and I think I'm finally starting to get past the "feeling like you-know-what" part. It was touch and go there for a few weeks, and Jason has been ridiculously accomodating and some would even say spoiling! (Of course, I deserve it-- I'm making a baby!)
We go tomorrow morning for our second Dr.'s appointment and get to do our first ultrasound! So, we're excited to finally see this little thing "in Whitney's belly" (Jason named the blog, FYI). As of now, the tentative date for the debut of our little stinker is June 27. So, we'll post pics. Hopefully it won't take too long, but it took us weeks to post our first stuff on here... but, this probably is the first time in quite awhile that I've been awake after 8:00 p.m.!
Sunday morning we leave for a trip to Asheville, NC. We're going to visit the Biltmore and do some mountain sight-seeing. Hopefully, we won't get snowed in there! We're pretty excited, since we figure this might be one of the last trips we take with just the two of us!

Ahh! I am so excited for you and Jason and am very glad you are not green anymore! I think it is so funny that we are preggers at the same time. Our babies will be 5 months apart and we are 6 months apart...crazy huh? I love you and am always available for the "oh my god is this normal!?!" questions. Congratulations to you and Jason. I can't wait to see your baby bump!!!!
Love you,
AL
Hurray! This is great. I'm praying for y'all and the little one. Plus, thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the pressure off the rest of us at Christmas. Now everyone will have something to talk about!
